Abstract:: This podcast contains the story of King, a dog my father grew up and looked to as his best companion. He told me all about key moments in his life that he shared with King and the special relationship they shared.

General Note:: I have always been interested in my father's background and they way he tells stories. Growing up, I used to sit on the floor of my living room and play with my own dog while he told me stories of his childhood. When it came time to put my best friend down, my dad was there for me. After visiting home I asked him about King because King was just as important to him as my dog was to me. Its conversations like this that make good stories and strengthen bonds.
