Summary:
This montage of World War II photographs from the Ontarian, 1944, includes images of training activities at Oswego State as well as photographs held as momentos of friends serving in distant locations. In addition to the cadets of the 324th College Training Detachment trained at Oswego, 556 Oswego alumni and former students served in various branches of the service. Twenty-four were killed in action or reported missing. ( eng )
